Meet the Founders
Rachel Hirsch & Melissa Gellman Weiss are passionate wellness seekers and business leaders. They’re unified in their pay-it-forward mindset and belief in the power community to build businesses and improve people’s lives.
Melissa is the Co-Founder of WGV, and former Founder of RE/GEN Method, a first-of-its-kind fitness concept for midlife women. She has spent her career as a CMO and brand leader, scaling global consumer businesses in wellness and fashion, including Amazon, J. Crew, and Barry’s. She is also, and most importantly, a mom to Kate & Eleanor.
Rachel is the Co-Founder of WGV and LA-based Founder and Managing Director of Wellness Growth Ventures, a VC firm focused on seed stage, female founded wellness business. She also founded and leads Empowered Yoga in Los Angeles. Rachel’s true love is likely her pup, Nala, the official mascot of WGV.
