WGV Terms & Conditions

Welcome to WGV. By accessing or using our website, community platforms (including Slack channels, events, or programming), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Non-Discrimination and Community Conduct

WGV is committed to fostering an inclusive and respectful environment. We do not engage in discriminatory practices based on race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, and gender identity), national origin, age, disability, or genetic information. Any individual engaging in discriminatory, harassing, or hateful behavior may be removed from the community at our discretion.

2. Membership Fees

Participation in the WGV community currently requires a monthly administrative fee of $ 8 per month or $80 per year. These fees do not cover any services provided beyond entry to the network. Fees are subject to change without notice at any time. We will provide notice of any changes, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

3. Content Usage for Marketing

By participating in the WGV community, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use content you provide (such as posts, messages, testimonials, event participation, and feedback) for marketing and promotional purposes. We will not disclose your full name or identifying information without your explicit consent.

4. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of WGV services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

5. Independent Entity & Indemnification

WGV is an independent entity and is not owned by, operated by, or legally affiliated with Wellness Growth Ventures or its subsidiaries. While we maintain a marketing and content partnership, WGV operates as a separate business entity. By engaging with WGV, you acknowledge and agree that Wellness Growth Ventures bears no responsibility or liability for any services, statements, or content provided by WGV. You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Wellness Growth Ventures from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in the WGV community or use of WGV services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
